FITNESS PROFESSIONAL /// PROFESSIONAL DANCER

Natalie is a Schwinn Certified Indoor Cycling instructor. In 2015, Natalie joined Flywheel Sports as an indoor cycling instructor. Being a fitness enthusiast, Natalie was excited to share her passion and knowledge with the dedicated riders of Flywheel by marrying her love of athleticism, movement and music. Natalie was awarded the first ever "Instructor of the Year" award for Flywheel throughout the nationwide roster of over 500 instructors.

In addition to being an instructor, Natalie was on the national Talent Development team for Flywheel. She trained new instructors on the Flywheel method, music theory, indoor cycling riding form, playlisting, brand building and guided them to become their best through the process in the current fitness industry.

In 2021, Natalie joined Swerve Fitness as Vice President of Talent Development and Founding Trainer in. She was an integral part of creating their new premium indoor cycling live stream experience. As VP of Talent Development, Natalie created training protocols, trained and supervised new talent and provided continuing education and support for current talent. As Founding Trainer Natalie brought her 8 years of indoor cycling teaching to their live-streamed gamified experience creating connection and community through her expertly curated playlists, inclusive fitness programming and her ultimate hype girl energy.

Natalie Ortiz

Natalie Ortiz is a native of San Antonio, Texas where she studied various disciplines from a young age at San Antonio Dance Academy.

Natalie was an original member of OUI DANSE contemporary dance company created by Brice Mousset. She was also his assistant choreographer and creative collaborator. She exclusively trained under Brice Mousset in contemporary dance and has had the privilege to be featured in his award winning works: WORK! at New York Live Arts, Travaillier at The Salvatore Capezio Theater and French Amour at St. Marks' Church.

With OUI DANSE, Natalie had the honor to perform at the Jacob’s Pillow Inside/Out Series, Skirball Center of Performing Arts, REVERB Dance APAP, Luminaria Arts Festival, Dancers for Good, Nudance at Riverside Church, and many more. In addition to performing, she has had the pleasure to be Brice Mousset's assistant choreographer for Broadway Bares 2014 & 2015, Nuvo TV upfronts, and Wolford Pure 50 NYC fashion event.

Natalie also has a thriving commercial career. She trained under Rhapsody James in her Motivating Excellence season three commercial training program. Most recently, she danced in the movie musical “In The Heights” directed by Jon M. Chu and choreographed by Chris Scott with Dana Wilson, Ebony Williams and Emilio Dosal. Natalie has had the opportunity to dance for Kanye West in his My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy shows and is featured in his music video “Lost in the World. She has also had the opportunity to dance for Sara Bareilles “Armor” music video, Alicia Keys on the "MTV VMAs (Luam), Pharrell (Fatima Robinson), The Rolling Stones, Madonna, Neyo, for Athleta during Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week and more.

Natalie has danced on Glee (Fox), Saturday Night Live (NBC), The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Late Show with David Letterman (CBS), commercials for MTV, VH1 plus, Sharp Aqous and industrials for Kahlua, Allergan and more.
